More importantly, the customer service was incredible, which, unfortunately, has become all too rare these days. I had some questions and concerns regarding shipping times (because I needed the product quickly), so I called the phone number on the website. This is a professionally run business with a friendly and helpful staff. I had questioned the automatically calculated flat shipping per item cost and they resolved the issue by researching by weight the volume I purchased (it was a large order of small boxes that came in 3 separate containers). The staff put together a box, weighed it, and then "corrected" the shipping. I found the follow up and attention to detail wonderful. My experience with Wax wizard candles was excellent. I ordered a few of their floating candles to test them for possible use at my wedding. My experience with your company has been least desirable. Although your site was well designed, I found it difficult to navigate around. I was unable to open things because of a javascript error and was forced to call your company directly. In speaking with your customer service person your return policy was never discussed. With a phone order, I believe it is the company's obligation to divulge the return policy verbally before the order is complete. I am very dissatisfied with this transaction and until management has an opportunity to review this problem and make it right, I would never order from WaxWizard (or it's affiliate) company again, nor recommend your site to someone else. Wax wizard candles made my shopping experience for my mom's birthday party so easy! I commend them for their great service and product! I bought 40 mini toile teapots for my mom’s 60th birthday afternoon tea party and they are absolutely gorgeous! They arrived on time and so beautifully wrapped. The navigation didn't work well when it was time to customize the font and colors on the favor gift tags and wrap. They website didn't allow you to go back to the shopping cart or order once you picked your fonts/colors on the gift tags. So eventually I had to just call and order over the phone which worked just fine.
