If the item is in stock it will shipped via UPS Ground Service
within 1-3 business days.

All items NOT IN STOCK are currently taking UP TO 3 WEEKS to ship to you.

Items that are NOT IN STOCK
and must be ordered from one of our many suppliers can take
from 7 to 21 business days for US to receive THEN ship to you.
(weekends and holidays do not count)

Some suppliers will drop-ship to our customers while others won't.

We ask that you please take these Turnaround Times
into consideration when placing an order.

BEFORE placing an Order IF you need delivery by a specific date.

Message from Diane:

In February 2007 I was very pleased to announce that I had trained and contracted with a very experienced candle carver to help create my exclusive design candles. Since then we have shipped hundreds of orders to very satisfied customers.

Our Birthday Countdown Candle and Anniversary Countdown Candle contniue to be our most popular handcarved candles. A gift that will be used and appreciated year after year!

With over 20 years experience in candle-carving, a wide variety of colors and custom graphics to match your theme, classy silk decorations and attention to detail - these candles are a treasured keepsake and reminder of your beautiful wedding day!

Because our personalized handcarved candles are so popular,
we've turned off the shopping cart buttons for these items so we'd have better
control over the number of orders we can accept.

We ask that you complete our Application and Imprint Form which will provide us with all the information about the candle you want to order. When we receive your Imprint Form we'll phone you to complete your order. You will find a link to the Imprint Form on each webpage for handcarved candles.

Party Favors

Most of our Party Favors ship to you directly from our suppliers:

Those with an CA in the Order# ship from New York
Those with an EB in the Order# ship from California
Those with an FC in the Order# ship from New York
Those with a KA in the Order# ship from Georgia.

Most orders ship wtihin 2-3 business days via UPS.

Those with WS in the Order# ship from Canada and require Customs Inspections
before being released to FedEx at the border

Orders for personalized items will take a few more days to ship.

If you order candles or other items from us and also paid for favor wrapping
please allow 1 to 3 weeks to complete and ship.

Imprinted Items

Orders for imprinted items such as personalized favor tags, place cards, candy wrappers, candle wrappers and labels normally ship within 2-7 business days AFTER we receive your approval IN WRITING to print.
Be sure to reply quickly to our email with the graphic proof attached.

Some Bridal Accessories can take longer to ship during 'wedding season'
and depending upon how busy the bridal suppliers are.
